91 Terry Street is a multi-residential project. A 5-Story Building which will house 115 Dwelling Units. The design for 91 Terry was inspired by Eco-friendly Industrial Era. To help create a modern look we proposed multiple colored brick, extensive glazing, and metal paneling. Following the model "form follows function." On the inside the building will provide it's tenants with simplified yet effectively designed apartments perfect for the modern era young professionals.

The building will also include multiple amenities such as shared office, swimming pool, gym, reading room, and kids play room as as high efficiency energy profile.
