111 Prospect reimagines East Orange’s architectural heritage with a modern touch. Inspired by Renaissance, Victorian, and French Eclectic styles, the design blends earth-tone materials, brick, metal, stucco, and large fenestration for a striking façade.

With input from the City Council, we refined the vision to complement the area's historic charm. The Prospect and Washington Buildings feature classic columns, limestone-like paneling, and architectural details reminiscent of local landmarks like the Ambrose-Ward Mansion and East Orange Post Office—bridging past and present in a bold new way.
